I grew up in Clovis California. I went to CalArts majoring in experimental animation. After college, I worked at Girl Skateboards Company. At Girl, I focused on fixing the copy machine, graphic design,  and video production under the art direction of Andy Jenkins, Rick Howard and Spike Jonze. Eventually, Roman Coppola brought me into The Directors Bureau. At The Bureau, I worked with Roman, Sofia Coppola, Melodie McDaniel and Mike Mills. It was during this time that some friends and I where dubbed the AVClub and we joined the TDB roster. After a few years of directing projects with the AVClub, I went freelance to work from home and to be near my family. Present day, the family and I moved to Santa Monica. It is here that I was asked to join the amazing superstudio. I have recently collaborated with artists such as Dewey Nicks, Aaron Ruell, Geoff Mcfetridge and Spike Jonze.   A spot I directed for Nissan Rogue “Maze Master” was shortlisted for Cannes and won various other awards.  My contributions in visual effects, editing and conception on Ray Ban “Sunglass Catch” received a Bronze Cannes Cyber Lion.  I also dip into  the film world, working on Austin Powers, Virgin Suicides, Zoolander and Where The Wild Things Are
